Where online can I get software that will let me create a jpg that will change between a number of images approx every 3-4 seconds? Eg in the way of an automatic powerpoint file, similar to the Ibiza banner on the

First thing, you can't do that with jpegs. When you see something like that on a website it is either an flash animation (very tricky to do) or an animated GIF file, which is just a sequence of static images compressed into one file.

To make one yourself try downloading a program called GIMP. Its a free graphics editor and you can get it from download.com

Just to make a point, You can do it with an image, If the page is running a client javascript timer, You can cycle round any amount of images of an size in any format.
