If you work 9-5 or an 8 houir shift, what is the minimum legal break entitlement that you can take.? Obviously the actual entitlement is company dependant, but whats the minimum, if its that simple?

I think it's a minimum 20 minutes. In our place, we cant work longer than 6 hours without taking a break
Health and Safety rules apply, I think it's 20 minutes.
it is indeed 20 minutes and it's the same if you work 9 - 9 shift. Extra breaks are at your employers discretion
