Try to observe yourself and recognise when your falling into familiar patterns of putting things off,or "tuning out",by doing unnecessary things such as watching to much television ,etc.If it feels like you havent got the energy to do what you would like to,force yourself at all costs to do it,and the energy will come to you.
You could try setting small goals for yourself of things you want to have achieved by the end of the day, or the end of the week. Stick the list up in the kitchen or the bathroom where it's constantly staring you in the face. Then try and get the tasks completed sooner rather than later so that you can have the rest of the day, or the rest of the week to yourself in the smug knowledge that your chores have been completed.
I would say plan in advance and make lists of all the things you will need to do then allocate jobs to days or times. Much more likely to dot things thos way as you can see what needs robe done and by when. Nothing crops up unexpectantly when you cant be arsed
I suffer from this. Do you think if we petitioned for it to be a recognised condition, we could also claim state benefits, the result being that we would then have to do absolutely nothing ... ever.
