Cannot acess E mail

I have an NTL account as my normal e mail for years and suddenly cannot access it through the Virgin website,it keeps saying that I am putting in the wrong password(I know I'm not)The only way I can read my mail is through outlook.The Virgin site has been ungraded and it is only since that I have had bother.Do I have to be a virgin customer now?

try typing in your whole email address and not just the bit before @

Tried that and it still is telling me I am wrong!Honestly I have gone over and over the words again and again - driving me mad
I'm with Blueyonder/Telewest and the log-in screen changed the other day.

You should be able to get in no problem. I used to log in with my user name only but now have to enter my full email address. Try their HELP stuff - some of it is actually quite helpful.
