What The Funicular

For a few minutes I kept hearing this kind of muffled noise that kind of sounded like someone in the garage or next door using an electric drill for a few seconds at a time, every 10 or 20 seconds.

I was really confused so decided to investigate.

Any guesses to what it was?

I was in Norwich on Monday. We might have passed in the street, been on the same escalator or waited in the same queue!

I was in Bowthorpe ward then mile cross ward in the morning, we were in chapelfields between 1 and 2 then we were in town close ward, but we walked from chapelfields to there and back again.
