Hi
Long time since I've been on here, but here goes. Just got a new PC running Windows 7. Prior to this, the old PC had XP home as does our Samsung netbook, N110. When I got the netbook, I set up a home network and all worked absolutely fine. Now I have the W7 PC, I cannot get online on the netbook. If I try and open Firefox, all I get is a blank page, no matter what website I try. If I connect the netbook to the ethernet cable all is fine, I just cannot access wirelessly. Does anybody have a simple solution to this please ? If I haven't given enough info, please let me know.
Many thanks

Try opening the wireless connection 'properties' list/tab with the connections showing on it.
Delete all there.
Reboot.
Open wireless tab and try to connect again using the pass.
Can you see the wireless network? And what happens on the login tab?

Hi Albags
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I can't read a lot of your post as AB's website, for some unknown reason, seems to "squash" the portion of any answer (i.e. chops off about 1/3 of each line). I have tried contacting AB about this but have had no response. Sorry to have wasted your time.

Hi fbg40

Look up in to the upper left corner where the 'http' address is. You will see a what resembles a sheet of paper torn in half. If you click on that it should turn blue and indicates you are viewing in 'compatibility mode'

Worked for me when I went to Win 7

Good Luck

Since no one else seems to have that squashed problem, maybe you need to access the site from a different PC ? Find it difficult to believe it is a site problem, unless it's something in your profile. That said, you probably can't read this can you. :-(
Oh, right of the address on IE, Old Salt ? I see it, made no difference to me, clicking it or unclicking it.
Hi fbg40, i think you should reset your home network, because your PC is change, the IP for your network maybe also change. Do the same set as your old PC.
