OMG, No Sunday Dinner Thread!!

I am just off to cook lamb shanks in minted gravy with colcannon with runner beans and cabbage, and plenty of mint jelly. Has no one else eaten today?

We had roast chicken, roast and mashed potatoes, a few roast parsnips, green beans and carrots, home made stuffing and gravy.

Had mine earlier and I am hungry again.
I did roasted snapper, spicy rice, potato salad, green salad.
And nowt left over. :-(

Awww... sorry, Jan. I didn't do a thread yesterday because I was at work with a bag of crackers and I knew I'd be jealous of what everyone else was having! ;-)
