As you walk away a man asks if you got an extra £20 because he got £80 instead of £100.

Do you:

a) Admit it and give him the £20
b) Deny it and keep it
c) Deny it and hand it in to the bank at the first opportunity.

If the man was in eye distance of you getting the money, then no, surtely he would have reported it to the bank.

errr, defintely B. I wouldn't even contemplate the other 2.
Depends on the bloke - if it were an old man or pensioner, or someone who looked a bit down & out & hard-up I'd say b).

If it were some rich looking dude or a bloke in designer gear looking flash, then a). Definitely a).
