2 hours is about enough, if your plane lands on time. The train journey is about an hour I think. Glasgow Central (where you arrive) has St Enoch Underground beside it, easy access to Parkhead Underground from there.
If you can, I would leave 2.5 hours to be safe.
Taxi: I definitely wouldn't, way too expensive.
Fish, Marge is correct about the trains from Prestwick airport. My advice would be to get on the train and explain to the ticket inspector (who will sell you a ticket) that you wish to go to Parkhead (have airline ticket handy for a discount). The train from Prestwick arrives at Glasgow Central and you then go down to the low level platforms and catch a train to Dalmarnock which is about a fifteen minute walk from Parkhead.
Prestwick to Glasgow is about 45 minutes; Glasgow to Dalmarnock is another 10 minutes so not sure if you can do it all in two hours.
