Good morning early birds!

It's Thursday and it's chucking it down here our bit of Gloucestershire!

Mrs. WBM had her brochoscopy yesterday and yet another x-ray. That showed that the fluid had increased a bit, so we have to go back tomorrow, Friday, so that 'yer wee man' can drain it off and send it to the lab for analysis along with the biopsies he took yesterday. He's not hanging about!

That's the news so far.

Sorry to hear about welshy's beloved Sylvia. My condolences mate.

Agree wholeheartedly. The NHS do a wonderful job. The nasties make the headlines not the successes. I'm very very glad I live in the UK.

Me too alba! We are very lucky in lots of ways.

Some do like to have a moan about them (I must admit I have on occasion had a moan but nothing serious)

A midwife. I thought, was a grumpy, sharp and shouldn't have been a nurse. The following year (yep I know) I had a hiccup after our second child, and wow, she was brilliant. Spot on and I still can't praise her highly enough.

don't really like to break in on what seems to be a private thread but wanted to give my best wishes to mrs wbm and mr alba. hopo both are completely better and laughing at this time in the very near future.
have been away visiting my mother (now in a home - as she is losing it) so did not know about mr welshy's wife. so sorry about that. very sad. explains something that was puzzling me.
