Extension

Don't know much about this but I want to extension done and the measurements roughly will be about 15ft x 15ft.
Want it to be as cheap as possible so going for a flat roof but would like patio doors put in.
Don't know if this would effect the cost, but I live in hertfordshire.
Does anybody have a roof estimate on how much this would cost?

You'll need to provide far more information;
Soil conditions ? Standard strip foundations or piles ?
Solid or Suspended floor?
Any steelwork required ?
Render-finished blockwork, or brickwork ?
Heating ?
Any drainage in the vicinity ?

It is not possible to calculate the cost on a square footage/meterage basis.

Ahh thanks for that, I clearly haven't done my homework lol.

At the moment its a patio and I wanting to extend my front room, will not need drainage or heating as we have radiators in here already.

Will have to do some more research on this I guess.
