Good evening,
I have a peach tree (Peregrine) which I've been growing successfully in a conservatory for four years. The problem I have is with the leaves smelling of cat pee especially when I've been out and all the doors have been shut.
Is this normal?
If not what can I do about it?
The fruit it produces are beautiful so I don't think it is unhealthy but the smell is quite revolting.
Any advice would be greatfully received.

I had a Japanese azalea with the same problem, I grew it indoors and the smell was revolting. I don't know what you do about it, I'm afraid I threw my plant out in the end, I couldn't stand the smell any longer.

Thank you for your reply, I don't wish to discard the tree as I enjoy the peaches so much so I think I will try some sort of air freshener, see if that helps.
why dont you plant the tree out in the garden, no more smells

I wanted to avoid peach leaf curl.
I got peach tree leaf curl on my peach tree - I sprayed it with Bordeux mixture and I haven't had it since...
