Sorry about the stairs jem, yep I can see you in a nice house in a nice area, the bonus is beside the sea you lucky so-and so.

Yes alba there's room for your greenhouse but only on the condition you let me have first pick of your cucumber crop..
and Slinky a Beach-hut is a good idea. The ones along the beach here are going up in price all the time. One for sale only last week £22.000 yes that is 'thousand pounds'
but-- my garden shed you can hire for a small peppercorn rent. - jem
