Standardisation marketing question

Hi, I am doing an essay on Standardisation of the marketing mix in regards to software companies. I have selected Microsoft as an example. It has been suggested that I include this diagram in my essay ; http://i65.photobucke...jp_2031/Picture1.jpg. I am unsure which category Microsoft would fall - I dont believe Microsoft has a high pressure to change to local environment, Microsoft software is pretty standard wherever you go, and I think they have a high responsiveness to cost, so I think Multidomestic strategy? But im not entirely sure. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks
