Spybot

I am assuming that when spybot is scanning it is showing all the dodgy malware... My pc is now ticking, I am assuming this is a bad sign?

Disc access. Nothing to worry about unless the ticking is there after SB has finished scan.

The ticking started before... I have had my bank account hacked and am trying to get rid of whatever is on here :( any help appreciated. Thanks.

Before you start panicking about anything else, open the case and clean around the fan(s). A dirty fan is the most common cause of a 'ticking' PC.

Alternatively, as any fan of the Paul Temple radio series knows, anything which is ticking is obviously about to explode ;-)
