Since yesterday I see 'missing plugin' on pages with videos or moving elements.
What do I need? Is it Adobe Flash that need updating,as there is no indication of WHAT plugin I need. I am using Google Chrome.

Yep. It updated very recently.

I had the same issue - one reason the automatic update hadn't kicked in was I hadn't shut down chrome for a few days. Have you got the spanner-with-upward-arrow symbol in the top right corner of Chrome?

From AB Editor's answer I'd guess you need to shut down Chrome and then try the Chrome update. But what do I know ?
