Thank you for addressing my earlier post, (record youtube)
I previously downloaded 'Freerecorder' 4, also it seems 'Freerecorder2.3/with skyp call recordings'.(this I was unaware of).
I now find these unsatisfactory and wish to delete them, but try as I may they won't uninstall.
First I tried uninstall Freerecorder', in it's own folder, that came up with 'could not load initialization. file'.
Then I tried Freerecorder 4 and 'Freerecorder 2.3/with skyp call recordings'.(how this was installed I do not know) through their own uninstall feature in install/uninstall in control panel, Freerecorder 4 came up with 'invalid uninstall control file'
And 'Freerecorder2.3/with skyp call recordings' came up with 'could not load initialization file'.
Would it be best to do a 'system restore', would that get rid of them?

If you experience problems, running System Restore (to set the registry back to a date prior to the Freecorder installation) will, as you suggest, effectively uninstall Freecorder. (The software will still be taking up a small part of your disk space but the registry just won't know that it's there).
