help childrens tv

anyone remember a kids tv show where the theme tune goes something like 'this is a song that we always sing, bum bum chigga chigga, bum bum chigga chigga bum bum chigga chigga bum bum'. Was about a group of kids on a bus (bus driver had blonde/white hair with a chunk sticking up at the top). the bus either flew or was magically transported from different places and i think it was like a treasure hunt or something where the kids found lizard shapes in rocks and stuff. was from the 80s and has been bugging me and friends for at least 14 years. please help!!

Mister Majeika had a man in it with a tuft of white/blond hair sticking up on the top of his head but can't remember anymore about the program than that so not sure it'd definitely the one you're looking for x

thanks guys. Think mr majeika is the one I was looking for, cant seem to find any record of the song though, found theme tune but not the song I was thinking about, maybe it was just included in each episode, any further info on the 'bum bum chigga chigga' would be much appreciated. thanks again.
