I've just checked, Lore. With my browser, the word 'Blank' does cover the hidden word.

Perhaps your browser has magical powers. If so, could you let me know the winner of the Grand National and tomorrow night's lottery numbers, please?

Now that would be cheating! If you look carefully, you can make out the position of the tiny dots that stick out from behind the 'blank' ( I have good eyes :p ) its not difficult to work out which letter it is.
