Shower repairs by landlord....
we have lived here for 2 years and 2months ago the shower stopped working.
We have had the landlord saying, we cant get the parts, weve got the parts, we havent got the parts, we need to fit a new shower, weve got the parts now when can we fit them but they have not turned up yet.
Getting pretty sick as the rubbish immersion costs more to heat up for a bath than having a shower.
Should i pay the rent this month??!!

Actually you can withhold rent to pay for repairs. However you must first report the repair in writing and give a reasonable length of time for it to be done. Give a final warning letter then start getting quotes for the work. Full details at this link:
