Is it just me or does anybody else find the system for changing vouchers confusing and long-winded?

Looks like it's just you! Actually, it is a bit long-winded, particularly when you have a lot to exchange - all those 16-character codes.

I had a nightmare with it. After I input all the details on the website the website said they send a special voucher code in the post. I kept chasing it up and was told there were postal delays. Then they told me they had actually sent me the voucher code by email but their email had gone straight to my spam box. The whole process took two weeks

Hoping for more responses, but meantime, the booklet with a pretty clear explanation of the scheme arrived today. Too late!

I use it all the time and never have any problems. I'm just grateful to be getting something for nothing!
