JJ, it's my nephews 1st birthday - gorgeous!

The problem, my sister (his mum) has to be the centre of attention, so much so that she's invited masses of fb friends - some she hasn't met yet. It's going to be very awkward and uncomfortable for most people. I think I'll get there a little early to get some birthday squishes with my nephew and leave soon after!

yes pink, you did. It's very difficult to keep my opinions to myself but for the sake of keeping the peace, I have to. Now and again my head gets the better of me and I state the obvious, but this causes problems with my (our) mum. No one upsets my sister without it all blowing up. So, I rise above it so that my children have their nanny in their lives.

Oooh decisions, I think I'll go with the jelly at the party then once I'm home, the wine will help the recovery :p

"Up" is a relative concept. OK so I am out of bed, showered and dressed. But haven't got beyond sitting on the sofa, staring at the garden and drinking coffee.

I'm up been up a couple of hours, had my breakfast & my pills. Still slumming it in my DG, haven't showered yet (yes dirty cow) I might stay like this til mid aft'n.I've got no plans for the day

When I get round to it I'm going to plant seeds and veggies in the garden. I've had breakfast and coffee and reads some more of yesterday's papers. I've had a good gaze at the garden and really must get going now.
