For some it has been 'moribund' but I think it has been great, good gentle fun. There was an unfortunate incident when some of us were stripped of our finery for some strange reason, however my hero Tony V has retrieved mine from under the sideboard and I have now hoisted him out as he was wedged under there (a slight Thora Hird reference I thought, bless her)

So thanks Tony and here's to a nice evening.Hope everyone else has had a good day too.

In that case Count, you will be fine.
Hiya Mamya :)
Just had a lazy day today doing the crosswords and such, just back from walking Bobby who is now snoozing on his mat.
Hope you had a nice day xx
All the dogs on here seem to be snoozing, what a life!
We decided to go out for Sunday lunch, instead of going into town we went further up along the coast to Thorpe Bay, its lovely up there with their beautiful houses & Hotels beach huts, we found a beautiful refurbished pub & on a day like today was very busy. A lovely meal in lovely suroundings.Had a stroll along the sea-front (H did)
Then popped in on our daughter & kids on way home. They were in the middle of a cake baking session so we had to stay for a sample (like ya do) so Yes it has been a "Lovely Afternoon" Mamya.

So lovely that most had a good day, warms my cockles.
I've missed the moribundity, OH and I were in the garden replacing all our gravel in the gravel garden. It looks lovely now - such a nice feeling working in the sun, job well done.

It was poor-alfie who was most moribund, but we tried to buoy him up.
Count, I apologise, that must have halfed nipped a bit. Hope it heals quickly x

That was xanty (with a number) he felt better and went home.
OH & I had a lovely day out at Peel. Crab bap, plenty of real ale, local characters bantering with bar staff and all and sundry, then back to 'home' pub in Douglas, where everything is as you wish it to be.
