The spring water quiz

I've got an answer to everything - for a change - but I have got the same answer for two questions

Part 4 complete the story by inserting words that can go either in front or after water ie soda water/ water pistol

There was a ????? breeze blowing
He's into ????? lifting and jogging

I have got HEAVY for both answers and can't think of an alternative

Please can anyone help?
