I was out with my brother last weekend when he Had a argument about a taxi I pushed the lad and he went back and his head went through the taxi window I have not been in trouble for 3years and the 20 was my first offence but I did go prison for it I do now have a job and have had it for 2 1/2 years can Anyone help thanks

The sentencing guidelines, used by the courts, are on page 17 of this document:

The sentences shown there refer to a first-time offender who is convicted after a trial. An early guilty plea can see a reduction in the sentence but your previous conviction will probably see that cancelled out. So a 'high level' Community Order looks to be the most likely outcome.
