or an "upto X amount of years imprisonment" please?

im working on a nursing related essay for uni and would like to include that a breach of thse acts can result in.....bla bla....

The Human Rights Act 1998 brings the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights into UK law. It provides a foundation for courts, public bodies and legislators to work within but it does not, in itself, prescribe specific penalties for breaches.

It's purely domestic legislation (which must comply with, and be interpreted in line with, the ECHR) which creates specific offences and defines the penalties associated with them. See here:
