I read on the net about the new range of container Clematis from Evisons in Guernsey called the Boulevard Collection. Not sure when they came on the market. My garden is all Yorkstone Flags and 2 very full beds on either side, so I have lots of pots. Would like some more colour and love clematis for their long flowering period and beautiful colours.
I just wondered if anyone has planted them and how have they done.Would they survive our cold Northern winters? They aren't cheap, hence my question. Thanks if you can help.

Oh thanks Woofgang,I thought they might get too large and straggly. I don't want to keep re potting and thought this type were more suited. Thanks for that. I have a beautiful Pale Pink one which is huge and all over my fence.Just budding now.I think it's Montana so is pretty common. It makes May a very pretty month!
I just have the normal clematis .And I have a terrace so everything is in a pot..You name it - I buy it and stick it in a pot...Wisterias, Lilacs, Hyrangeas, Apple tree, Peach tree, fig tree, grape vine, honeysuckle....all in pots and thriving..
