Dental costs

My son is on a minimum wage and after paying his weekly debts is left with virtualy nowt. Because he isn't on any kind of benifit he can't get free dental treatment but... does anyone know if he can apply somewhere to get some help towards costs.

I work full time as a childminder but dont earn a huge amount. When my husband was out of work I applied for free prescriptions etc on a HC2 form (I think) We now get them as its classed as low earnings. The chemist gave me the form to fill out.
