Printing a large (A2) image, the paper went into the machine on the skew and jammed to a halt. I retrieved the crunched up paper by dragging it out manually in pieces and cancelled the print in print options but now the machine wont play ball at all, it is as if it is stuck in the middle of a task. Has anyone any suggestions how I might bring it back to a functioning state again please ?

Switch it off for a while and then back on again.
Not familiar with that printer. It seems to me it would have been better to cancel the print job and turn off the printer before removing the paper.

Tried on/off but no joy - thanks. I thinks Scot's advice is good, albeit too late now but thanks anyway.
Is there any sort of reset button or something that prints a test page? Does the manual give any hints?
Are you sure all the paper jam was cleared

The 'Reset' button did nothing, but I tried the 'Load/Eject' button again (it had no effect when I first tried it) and it seems to have sprung to life - marvellous! Thank you for your support.
