Anyone here use Twitter who can recommend funny/interesting people to follow?
If you don't use Twitter and don't like it then fine. But I can't be bothered to read about it so sticking to the original Q would be great. Thanks!

Hi milly, I'm on it, I've recently started to use it a bit more. I follow ummmm, I think dotty (have to check that one, sorry dotty) a few ppl I know personally. Dave Gorman, Jamie Oliver, Alan Carr (always makes me laugh) jimmy Carr (soon to be deleted) Eddie Izzard, John Torode and Greg Wallace - inc. The masterchef pages.
Also follow News, NASA, Jodrell bank, poetry pages, local museums, inspirational quotes etc etc ... its all a bit sad reading it like that! :p

To be honest Ummm I'm no expert but this is what I have deducted/deduced (which is the right word?)..
You follow a whole bunch of people you take interest in and read their updates. You also post your own updates, of which only people who follow you will see. It depends how much you want other people looking at your updates but if you want to get a lot of followers then you need to reply to lots of others people posts and get people to RT (retweet) you.
I think I only have about 6 *real* followers because I don't have anything interesting to say but I don enjoy reading what other people, celebs mostly are banging on about. If you like celeb gossip, etc the you could follow people like MrPaparazzi and Heatworld. Then you get to see all the celeb goss first.
Didn't know AB had a page. Will have a look for it.

Cazz, I found the same with Stephen Fry. Prattling on too much about boring things. I've found quite a few of them like that. And a lot of people just RT when others says nice things about them so you get a page full of self praise. They swiftly get deleted from my list. Think I might ad VB and KP to my list.
Lore, you've given me a few good ones to go on too. I like to look who they follow as well as they usually have some interesting people on their lists too.
