90s French Movie

I remember seeing this French movie clip from BBC Film 9x with Barry Norman where the woman might have been kidnapped and her kidnapper inadvertently forced her to hold onto a metal ceiling pipe and the man starts to perform oral on her. I think is French thriller. Any know the movie title?

As far as I can recall, they exhange a few dialogues, the woman had her hands tied together, I think, she was too far high up to allow herself to be drop down. The only way she could be safely let down is to have someone beneath her and the man took advantage on her.
