I would just like to wish Mr. Shakespeare a very happy 447th birthday. Clearly this is a joke, and he were alive today then he would be best known for his old age.

Did he get to open his presents, as he died on his birthday?

What would any of you ABers give him for his birthday if you were to give him presents?

Chris I remember that just after I saw it, it won Best Musical of the Year Award, beating all the other big names.
Still one of my favourite soundtracks, chris! (Someone posted Let the Sunshine in, on here, earlier today.)
Was that just off the Bigg Market Mike11111 ?

Boxtops:
I never really appreciated the music from 'Hair' at the time, but I've come to like it over the years.

Craft:
Perhaps 'Forbidden Planet' didn't transfer to Broadway (or, if so, perhaps it flopped?). Yes, I know that I could Google it but it stil remains a mystery to me as to why it's not better known.

Incidentally, we saw 'Forbidden Planet' and 'Rocky Horror' both at the same venue, which was the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend. It plays host to many big shows that go on tour after they've left the West End. I really envy Jemisa for living just down the road from there!
Actually not far from the Bigg Market. Just behind the Theatre Royal, between Grey Street and Pilgrim Street.
Gotcha Mike.
I saw it five times at the Cambridge Theatre in the West End and the touring version twice in York.
I went to his house last year, drafty old place, I'd buy him central heating and tell him to get something done about those sqeeky floorboards,

Jem after 400 years you'd squeak a bit.
He must have been a little guy too - jem, did you notice how low the doors were?! Mind you, they were all short in them there days, I believe.
Willie also died on this day too...well 23rd April 1616 that is
