Swollen feet in the heat
18 Answers
why do my feet always swell when the weather warms up? it's really annoying when I need to wear nice sandals.
My right foot is worse than the left and it is really uncomfortable. I've been to the doctors and he says it's because I'm overweight but other people I know who are the same, don't have the same problem.
Is there anything i can do to help the problem as I'm going to Turkey in August where I am a bridesmaid and I'm worried that it's going to be a problem.

I find my feet swell in hot climates when I`m walking around a lot. I never by shoes after a lot of walking for that reason. Obviously putting your feet up would help but I find putting my ankles under a cold running bath tap for a few minutes works.
