Should be clear skies and dark enough. There is another sighting at 11 03 but only 1 min.

The shuttle Endeavour takes off for SS on Friday. Will check times on Friday but go to Nasa tv on friday for info and see it take off live .
We just left our friends' house and looked up in the sky, and there it was, tracking overhead, clear as ever! It's been a good viewing so far this time round.

yes this is the first time there has been longer viewing times in one week and I cannot remember seeing a 6 minute like this week in the 3 years I have been watching out.
that was blooming great as always. very clear sky in Romford!

How high up do you think the shuttle is?

Space station is 180 miles up approx
The ISS is about 215 miles high
It goes between 199 and 217 I think I read
