Buttt i have a rash on my inner (lower) arm!!! Its not itchy ad ive not done anything different!? Anyone any idea what the heck it is!??

Looks like heat rash to me. Try some antihistamine cream...the same as for nettles. Although heat rash is usually itchy. It can't hurt to go to the docs, just to be on the safe side.

Like Boxy said, looks like a nettle sting. Rub a dock leaf on it - don't ask me where you get one, but thats what my Dad always says...
