OK, first things first, she CAN sing! She has the type of voice that is more suited to belters (power ballads etc) than, say, pop music which is no bad thing.

Presumably she's done the usual things like recording a demo, getting an agent etc...?

thanks for the comments, she has only sang in 1 competition so far and came 3rd! maybe I should find her an agent to start the ball rolling.

I agree with marc - she has a voice that I would listen to as opposed to the bland voices of many pop singers.

I hope she does well with her career.

Good for her, she might get some work on either a cruise ship or in a summer season somewhere. Agents are useful as they presemt all of the options but they do take a fairly considerable cut obviously.

She 's just missed this for example but these types of jobs would be worth trying for if just by way of experience.
