thank you Chris for the video,I can now look in the mirror again whilst getting dressed ! if I was the lady in the video I would opt for surgery to remove the fat or a gastric band ! presume it was shot in the US ?

Sorry i just looked back ... Pinki one girl has lost almost a stone, and lots are about upto a half with only a few sessions!! It moves differently than a normal power plate like the ones in the gym!!!! Its called a FLABeLOSS machine... Its on utube!!

Still to tske my own measurements lol they BETTER be smaller hahahha xxx
