Could we have a section for questions that need urgent replies? Sometimes you need an answer right there and then- like if you have spilt something, or need emergency advice about a matter that can't wait?

Sometimes one can post a question and wait for a day or so before getting an answer- if any. The Urgent section would change that. If people ask non- urgent questions that would be better off in another section, you can just ban it!!

Why not entitle the question along these lines:

URGENT: How do I get syrup of figs off my budgie?

I would use a light solution of soap and mild warm water and gently bathe the budgies taking care not to saturate the wings too much. Other than that, take it to your local Vet and see what they can do.

the problem with the urgent section is that everyone would post their question there because everyone wants an answer straight away - no one wants to wait if they dont have to...... in short, it would be abused!
