Just started a working pattern of 5 days 1 week then 6 the following week. This new job is very much 'chained to your desk' so im not running around attal and im worried im going to get no exercise attal both at work and no time after on on my 1/2 days off.
How do you fit in time to exercise after your commute home, dinner, bed routine?
Do you have stairs in your place of work (make sure you jog up and down them whenever possible) ? Deliver any work messages by hand to each colleague or go and talk to them instead of phoning and/or emailing them..stand up when using the phone, stand up when filing....and if you take the bus to work get off a couple of stops earlier and walk the rest of the way if possible.
