anyone got any good tips unfortunatly i have put on a bit of weight and while i am trying to lose it my tops of my legs rub together when i walk if i have a skirt on and get quite sore especially when it a warm day so im ending up wearing trousers or shorts all the while , tried vasaline but that doesnt last long
Hi tezmand, may sound odd , but wear boxers. Boxers will cover the skin you need to while wearing a skirt. Vaseline usually does the trick though if you apply enough.
I saw a tv ad for some anti chafe stuff a while back. I have just searched and I think it could be BodyGlide Anti Chafe you should be able to get it in a chemist. Alternatively I have also heard of people wearing cycling shorts or that type of thing. Maybe not so good if it's hot tho.
you can buy 'comfort shorts' from stores like Evans, which are really good come in different colours and are essential shorts made out of tight, the lancane stuff isn't too good on hot days
Tights and two pairs of knickers may help. The second pair goes over the tights and stops the crotch of the tights from sagging down.
The tights prevent the chaffing.
Evans sell little shorts especially for this - bit like large knickers with legs lol
Personally I would invest in a pair rather than try creams and lotions that wont or dont work or that are, at the very least, expensive
thanks guys for your answers will try the lanacane and invest in pair of those shors thingys from evans and i will continue to diet and try to get to gym more often , its when im on holiday abroad that it really causes problems
