Best place to sell a Rowland Hilder print

I have a Rowland Hilder print names country lane. The print is in perfect condition and is framed the frame backing is reinforced with tape. I have looked on the net and seem unable to locate any other copies of this print. Does anyone know the best place in or near york to take a print like this. It seems a shame to keep it locked up when it is a nice picture

I would go to an art auction house in York and ask them for a valuation, then see if they will sell it for you.

If you go to 'Images on Google' there are many many prints there, perhaps yours will be there. (& its good advice from Boxi)

Thanks ill try and auction house. I have looked on google at pictures but can not find it anywhere. I have also got a Colin Maxwell Parsons picture again looked everywhere unable to find one that looks like it. Thanks for the advise

Is it "In a Kentish Lane " ?

I have a couple of Hilders prints . The Oast Houses one and Cley next the Sea .I paid eighty quid for them twenty odd years ago in what was Alders department store in Sutton Surrey .T

Had a look at the pictures on that site and still not been able to find the one I have. Lets hope when i take it in somewhere they know where to look
