Cat versus corvid
6 Answers
Morning all.
This isn't a question but I thought I'd share it because it was so amusing.
Our cat Finlay loves catching slow-worms. He doesn't kill them, merely invites them out to play then leaves it to us human slaves to replace them in the undergrowth. Yesterday, he had just placed one on the concrete path when a large crow landed right beside him. The crow was totally unafraid of Finlay and kept dancing sideways at him. Fin was growling really loudly and the crow was cawing back at him. This battle continued for about 15 minutes and by the time the crow grew bored and flapped away, the slow worm had wriggled back into the bushes.
Ever wished you had a camcorder handy? A real 'You've Been Framed' moment.
Have a great day, Mazza xx

Cat just looked baffled - then ate their babies a little later.
