need an easy italian seafood dish

Each year when my brother comes at christmas, i like to have a theme for the food (Otherwise, I would take a year to decide what to cook!)
This year, I've gone for an italian hot buffet.
I do have a good knowledge of it, as I lived there for a few years. At the time though, I really wasn't into fish or seafood (apart from spaghetti alle vongole - yummmmm)
I need a dish that won't keep me away from the party.
Can anyone suggest anything?
