"in a cold unemotional manner in a unlawful premeditated killing" seems pretty much the right way to kill anybody. Better than running in screaming like a madman full of hate and anger. Pull the trigger and done. Vigilante justice but still justice. I would have preferred to tell people I killed him, that he wet himself like a little kid, begged to turn his compatriots in, and tossed him in Gitmo and "debriefed" him. Then hang him to ensure that he didn't die with any honor.
I'm fairly certain killing people in Pakistan is against the law, so yes, it fits. I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning though so maybe some premeditation on my part would be better.
