Page position on screen

Hi
When i call up a page it appears on my monitor screen with about 5mm of background showing at bottom and 5mm off the screen at the top i.e max and minimise not showing. Is there a way to move it down. Thx

Put the cursor over the corners of the window until it change to a double arrow and drag the window to the size you want.
