How do you like yours?
Simple with just butter & a sprinkling of salt?
Or with berenaise or hollandaise sauce?
Or just plain?
Do you like it al dente (almost hard still to the bite) or floppy & well done?

Recently planted 12 crowns down our allotment - just have to wait three years before I can pick it! I'll have good English Asparagus with butter, it seems a shame to do it any other way, but the bundles of thinner Spanish Asparagus makes a damn fine soup - http://www.deliaonlin...s/asparagus-soup.html
