Complanits Procedure Wm Morrison Super Market
24 Answers
Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the complaints procedure for the supermarket Wm Morrison? Very long story short I have rang customer services who told me that they do not have a copy which they are able to send out to me. Surely this is not the case and that all major businesses have complaints procedure information made easily available to the consumer?
I have looked online but can find nothing regarding either Morrison's or supermarkets in general.

"" if you dont like it .. complain to the management. "" My point is ...... if that is the attitude of the sales staff, what chance do we stand with the bosses.
Spalding branch is notorious for mis-pricing goods. Or stacking shelves with
items in different price or weight bands.
The other thing they are good at is the lack of open tills.
Now they have installed the self service type. Oh goody I thought , as I headed off to check one out. I was stopped getting anywhere near by a loud mouthed young woman assistant who barked you cant use these you have more than 15 items.
This is the normal behaviour for a lot of the staff at Spalding Morrisons branch, so it must be down to bad management by the store manager and by the head office folk
who obviously couldn't care two hoots.
As for me......... I'm off to Tesco's.

I've just about given up with the Spalding Morrisons. Yesterday I was told by one very rude assistant "" if you dont like it... complain to the management. ""
What is the point, its obvious management are not interested for staff to behave in this fashion. ........ Workers only follow the examples set.
There always appears to be a shortage of open tills., yet plenty of assistants standing about...... So when the self service tills were installed a few weeks ago I decided on my way around to have a quick look. Only to be stopped in my tracks by a loud mouthed young woman who announced that they were only to be used for 15 items or less. As I had too many, go away & use the main tills. ( No so with Tesco ... & never used Asda's.)
Then there's the pricing. Most weeks I have to return for a refund, because an item is wrongly priced, Either that or the same item but different weight is in the shelf space........... Nobody seems to care.
Me....... I'm an O A P ..... and am off back to Tesco's.

Forget it I wouldn't bother with them their all a bunch of idiots who are very selfish and all store managers are afraid of their area managers at Morrisons (shouldn't they help them not scare them?) , simple.
Had another disciplinary raised against me! Regarding something totally different now, (came away with a verbal warning couldn't be bothered arguing with them) I feel I have to fight for every single thing at Morrisons. Ive been a trainee Manager and can see people in the wrong jobs who are idiots and as for employing 17 year olds as a supervisor that's daft and stupid as it is not fair to the employee or Morrisons who are still having bad press and they wonder why? They are a bunch of idiots.
None of my family shop their, stock on the shelf's has a bad date life which they need to improve this, check the dates for yourself and as for an audit report they dont pass hu I'm not going to mention that.
Audits are done for a reason and if you don't pass it you need to look at the dates on the stock coming in and making sure rotation is done correctly but with bad store morale what do they expect?
