Outlook 2003

Does anyone know if it possible to 'undelete' and email from outlook2003, once it has been deleted from the Deleted Items folder?

Havent used Outlook for some time but i seem to remember this was an option

click the Deleted items folder and then Tools > Recover Deleted Items

Thanks for that, but the Recover option doesnt appear anywhere.

you have to be looking in the "deleted items" at the time to see the option

and you have to be using exchange ... won't work on pop3 at all
