Good Morning All

A very good morning to you all from a grey and miserable looking North Wales. It was said on the news this morning that there had been an earthquake in Lorca, Southern Spain and I was wondering, in a light hearted moment, did the earth move for Sqad?

Morning all, we've been out since 6, looking for our missing cat.....

Morning all. Lazybones here again. Might get some energy up in a minute. Need some breakfast I expect. Sun is shining here, hope it stays. The trouble with rain is it doesn't seem to know we only want short bursts, and preferably during the night. Right - onwards and upwards and all that sort of thing.
Thanks welshy - I don't do much rushing about nowadays. Perhaps that's the trouble. I have decided on a new routine, if I can keep it up.
1. get up as usual, make the bed, have a shower, breakfast, pills etc.
2. Instead of slumping in front of tv, get the dvd chair exercises out and do them conscientiously - thant's an hour gone.
3. Think of other ways to fill the day, such as housework - but not too strenuous.
4. Also I used to spend time using moisturiser so I am going back to that My husband always said I took longer to get myself ready to go out than anyone else he knew. I have neglected that part of my routine since he died but have decided to start again. At least my skin will be reasonable, if not perfect.
