I use body butter every time I bath or shower, my skin just flakes if I don't. try something also like Avon's dry oil body spray - that dries really quickly (and it keeps away mozzies as a bonus side-effect!)

Aqueous creme. Huge tub for very little money. you can apply while in the shower and your skin is still wet & out of the shower when you're dry. If you apply in the shower, first wash as normal then apply. Also, have you ever used exfoliating gloves that slough off excess dead skin? They work brilliantly, just use once a week then use the cream mentioned. Both available from Superdrug / Boots ect..
exfoliate then moisturise when out of shower, doesnt take 2 seconds. Make time

I use those gloves everyday
I just noticed my arms and tops of my feet look dry not flaky dry more like a wrinkly dry
Trouble is I always get dressed straight after a shower do don't want anything that will rub off in my clothes
I will try the cream for after my night shower though

a drop or two of baby oil in the final rinse is quick & effective
right who is volunteering to go round and massage the cream of choice into the back and bits.......?

Ric.ror,
just a thought! It may be you are using your exfoliating gloves too regularly. I did read to use them once or twice a week at the most and to always moisturise after exfoliation.
I am a very big fan of Tesco body lotion £1.30 for 400ml excellent stuff!!!!!!!!
My skin is quite good although I am old. Of course I am not free of wrinkles but compared with other people of my age not too bad. And all because I make time to use a moisturiser every day. Well, that's my opinion anyway and I am sure it helps.
few drops of baby oil in your bath should sort it!................
'Nivea Soft' is my fav. Got boxes of Nivea stuff off a shopping channel at Xmas, all highly recommended by me! Make time at some point as a treat, your body will love you!
